Job Title: Clerical Officer-Grade III
About the Role
Cpl has a requirement for a skilled administrator to provide support to a Healthcare Team in Killarney, Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage emails and correspondence with patients and other departments
* Update shared folders and files as required
* Liaise with other departments/agencies to obtain necessary information
* Handle phone calls from patients and other departments
* Input and update statistics on an Excel spreadsheet
* Prepare and upload case files to the database
Requirements:
* At least 6-12 months of professional administration experience
* Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
Working Hours and Conditions:
35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm, site-based role (no remote working)
Hourly rate: €16.38/hour
