A key position is available in our admin team to provide administrative support to clinical staff. The role involves working closely with another team member to ensure seamless operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance to clinical staff, as needed
- Performing general PA duties, including managing emails and calendars
- Setting up Teams calls and taking minutes at meetings
- Handling general office duties, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills
Requirements
- Excellent typing and clerical skills
- Ability to work flexibly and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Previous experience in an HSE/hospital setting is highly desirable
