Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of Irish employment law, including agency and outsourcing contracts.
* Oversee the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and offer guidance on commercial matters.
* Manage employment-related litigation before both the WRC and civil courts.
* Advise clients on strategic HR issues, such as absence and performance management, disciplinary procedures, and restructuring.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client growth and development.
* Lead, mentor, and manage associates and other team members, ensuring their growth and success.
