We are looking for a talented and passionate Seasonal Chef to join our kitchen team at Sumas. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating delicious dishes and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with our menu and seasonal offerings.
2. Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and hygiene.
3. Assist in menu planning and the creation of new seasonal dishes.
4. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
5. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a chef role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge preferred but not essential.
