We are seeking a Group Reservations and Revenue Manager for a prominent client in Co. Clare. This full-time, permanent role will report directly to the Head of Commercial and Shared Services. The position involves collaborating closely with the Senior Management Team to implement revenue management strategies and enhance reservation systems through administration and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a bespoke booking and revenue system.
* Lead and support the reservations team, developing rate strategies and performance reports.
* Collaborate with senior management on pricing, capacity, and operational procedures.
* Manage trade contracts and assist with sales and marketing efforts.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain open employee communication.
* Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in yield/revenue/reservations management.
* Diploma/Degree in tourism, business, or related field.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Experience with PC-based systems, reporting, and health & safety practices.
