Clerical Officer / Administrator
Our client, a public sector organisation, seeks a temporary Clerical Officer / Administrator to join their team.
Duties:
* Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner, handling all enquiries politely and efficiently.
* Deal with ad hoc enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and responsive manner.
* Take minutes of meetings.
* Process data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years administration experience in an office environment.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
* Minute taking experience is advantageous.
* Fluency in English and the right to work in Ireland are essential.
