Senior IT Leader Opportunity
Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage a high-performing team of 10+ senior IT members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the IT department, delivering exceptional service to the organization in line with business needs and industry best practices.
* Lead and successfully manage a team of skilled IT professionals, including various team leads.
* Control a multifunctional IT department, making informed decisions on day-to-day and long-term business objectives.
* Report to senior management and communicate with business stakeholders on all IT matters.
* Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and devise solutions that address those needs effectively.
* Plan the implementation of new solutions, providing guidance to the IT team, managed service partners, and other staff within the organization.
* Ensure the integration and smooth running of the company's Website, ERP, and WMS systems.
* Manage all aspects of ICT service delivery, ensuring a fully functional, reliable, and secure ICT environment.
Requirements:
* Proven IT management experience, including 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong emphasis on people management and delivering an excellent level of service to the business.
* Knowledge of the Insurance industry or Financial Services sector is a distinct advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, enhance, support, and develop an IT team of 10+ staff.
* Strong stakeholder and communication management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining expected levels of quality.
* Project management skills and experience in using structured project management frameworks, with demonstrated successful project delivery.
