Our client, a well-established legal firm based in Kilkenny, is seeking a secretary to join their busy commercial/private client team.
About the Role
This position requires a professional, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking, and flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients in a professional manner
* Open and close files
* Prepare briefs and assist with other tasks as required
* Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing, and scanning of documents as required
* Diary management and booking of meeting rooms
* Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
* Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a secretarial or office administration role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Strong typing and administrative skills, including dictaphone typing
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
* Multitasking, professionalism, and courtesy are essential
