Flight Club is opening its first venue in the centre of Dublin, and we are looking for talented bartenders to help us deliver an unforgettable beverage experience to our customers.

The Job
To be successful in the role as a Bartender you will need to:
1. Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
2. Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
3. Be passionate about mixology and creating delicious cocktails.
4. Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail even when under pressure.
5. Have excellent organizational skills.
6. Be willing to learn.
7. Have great communication skills with a positive attitude.
8. Use your initiative, bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
Experience as a Bartender is just as important for us as attitude and finding the right 'fit' for our team.
