Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams.
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development representatives to meet targets and KPIs aligned with client expectations.
2. Participate actively in daily operations, adapting swiftly to client needs and strategic changes.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of client products and services to enable effective prospecting and qualification.
4. Improve team performance by implementing new systems, structures, and processes for increased efficiency.
5. Create a work environment focused on teamwork, focus, and high performance.
6. Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are achieved, managing performance, discipline, attendance, and evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Native or fluent in German with strong written and spoken communication skills; fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
2. At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching teams, preferably in the tech sector.
3. Experience in developing qualified opportunities through self-generated pipelines.
4. Proven success in high-energy environments with proactive problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communicator with strong presentation, listening, and critical thinking abilities.
6. Ability to develop and implement new processes and systems to streamline workflows.
7. Strong customer focus with the ability to motivate and inspire the team towards excellence.
8. Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive, capable of multitasking in dynamic settings.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software/hardware.
10. Familiarity with Salesforce and data-driven decision-making skills.
