Our client is looking to hire an experienced AP Manager to join their established finance division. The role reports to the Finance Manager and the successful candidate will manage a dynamic AP team overseeing end-to-end AP, supplier payments and high volume invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a dynamic AP Team, ensuring efficient invoice processing, supplier payments and vendor management.
* Develop and maintain KPIs, carrying out performance reviews when necessary.
* Resolve AP issues as needed.
* Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
* Drive change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and best practices.
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in AP, including 2+ years' experience in a managerial/team lead position.
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.) and ERP systems.
* High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently.
