Job Title: Site Clerk
A leading Developer is seeking a reliable and organized Site Clerk to work on a residential project in Dublin, with several years of work left in it.
This role would suit an experienced Site Clerk who has previously worked in a similar position for a construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Update BC(A)R records throughout the project duration.
* Material Management: Order materials, issue purchase orders, manage dockets, and recommend payments to the QS/Finance team.
* Plant Management: Update weekly plant registers for owned and hired plant separately.
* Resource Registers: Maintain weekly time-related resource registers, including Preliminaries resources, and provide plan vs. actual comparisons.
* Safety Inductions: Conduct site safety inductions, register inductees, and track statistics.
* Site Management: Order stationery, cleaning supplies, PPE, signage, and waste skips.
* Health & Safety: Assist with collation and review of Safe Systems of Work forms and obtain sub-contractor safety documentation.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Monitor material delivery tickets and upload copies.
* Procure and register material testing information, including concrete cube tests.
* Take meeting minutes as requested by the Project Manager.
* Submit technical information to the design team.
* Coordinate snagging on site and handle ESG reporting.
* Manage drawing registers and co-ordinate aftercare onsite services.
* Keep a tracker of all trends onsite.
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in a financial administration/site clerk role.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Full clean driving license.
* Experience working with systems.
* Ability to work independently.
Benefits:
€40,000 - €45,000 per annum, plus top benefits package (including pension and healthcare).
