We are partnering with a leading company in the medical device industry seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to enhance and optimise their manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:
* Implement process controls for reliable and repeatable manufacturing outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
* Utilise analytical and experimental approaches to improve equipment effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, QA, regulatory standards, and Health & Safety protocols.
* Lead and manage project timelines effectively, using project management principles.
* Support new product and technology introductions, ensuring stability and capability.
* Conduct risk assessments and resolve non-conforming product/process issues.
* Execute validations and improvements using statistical and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Honours Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
* Minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing Engineering role within the Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
* Experience in catheter manufacturing is advantageous.
* Proven success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong understanding of production line performance measurement.
