About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Coordinator to join our team at a client site in Cork.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and manage training material and learning plans with area subject matter experts and management.
* Create and manage procedures in accordance with site SOP.
* Work with GMP system owners/administrators on interfaces with the training administration system.
* Produce reports from Learning Management systems.
* Identify and address customer needs.
* Schedule training courses with internal and external trainers based on customer needs.
* Implement new training initiatives.
* Assign learning plans to new hires with area management.
* Liaise with learners and management to troubleshoot course/learning plan issues.
* Support site and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification in technical writing, English, IT, or a related discipline.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and training database administration.
* Familiar with cGMP's and corporate policies and procedures.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage and report on assigned tasks.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Willing to learn new tools and familiar with social media platforms.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €55,000 per annum depending on experience.
