We are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team, in this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including the preparation of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and monthly reconciliations.
Your expertise will help us monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Collaboration will be key in this role; you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely completion of month-end close processes.
Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting function.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025.
Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing: Oversee expense management, including costing, tracking, and budget allocation.
Coordinate the planning and forecasting processes, ensuring timely delivery of updates on costs and budget management.
Ensure compliance with taxation, capitalisation policies, and relevant Risk, Control, and Regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate evidence for reconciliations and controls while delivering quality customer service.
Challenge and support business units with expense and headcount planning and reporting.
Deliver robust, accurate, and timely financial reporting, including the development of standardized reports and dashboards.
Identify and implement process efficiencies within the Finance function, particularly in budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, support project expense management, and engage with various areas of the Finance function as needed.
Qualifications Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial reporting and/or accounting role.
Nearly or Newly Qualified accountant through one of the following accounting bodies:: ACA, ACCA, CIMA Strong knowledge of MS Office combined with general proficiency in IT systems.
Experience of an accounting package/general ledger desirable.
Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a practical approach to solving problems.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Works well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
