We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office and Accounts Assistant to support our administrative and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily office operations and maintain an organised work environment
* Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle correspondence
* Support the finance team with data entry and record-keeping
* Assist in processing invoices, receipts and payments
* Help with bank reconciliations and month-end closing tasks
* Prepare basic financial reports as needed
* Assist in employee expense tracking
* Preparation of Revenue returns on a monthly basis
* Ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Experience: 2 years in Finance or business (preferred)
