We are currently working alongside a leading food importer and distributor seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will sit on the SLT and manage Logistics, Customer Service, and Warehouse departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join the company at a period of considerable growth and develop their Supply Chain capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company's growth strategy.
* Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
* Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
* E nsure transport and logistics functions run efficiently, with timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
* Develop customer service strategies enhancing the customer experience and contributing to customer retention.
* Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, including efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational targets.
