HR Generalist
Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are currently recruiting an HR generalist for our client located in Dublin. This role is Part time and would be Monday to Friday.
Salary €40k-€50k pro rata (DOE)

Responsibilities of this HR Generalist:
4. Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
6. Coordinate open enrolments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
7. Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
8. Assist with payroll processing.
9. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
10. Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
11. Develop and maintain talent management processes.
12. Monitor employee morale and company culture.
13. Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
14. Identify future staffing needs.
15. Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
16. Maintain employee personnel records.
17. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Who you are as a HR Generalist:
18. Understanding of employment regulations
19. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
20. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
