Job Title: Support Worker - Night Awake
Croft Communities is seeking a Support Worker to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides 24-hour tailored care, enabling service users to live happy and fulfilled lives. They will assist with activities of daily living, facilitate inclusion in various activities, and support service users with identified personal care and support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist service users with activities of daily living and promote their independence.
* Support service users with identified personal care and support needs.
* Work flexibly, including unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months' caring experience (paid employment or personal caring responsibilities).
* Effective verbal and written communication, including numeracy skills.
