We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our HR team in National Office, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
This is a Fixed-Term, Full-Time, 35 hours contract.
Salary - €30,928 Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based residential rehabilitation services to people living with brain injury in Ireland.

The role will primarily provide a support function to the HR Generalist and Recruitment Specialist.
The role will provide a high quality, responsive service to both staff and managerial HR and recruitment administrative queries.
Role Duties: Ensure a streamlined recruitment process, ensuring the paperwork is templated at each stage and is recorded appropriately Assisting the Recruitment Specialist to ensure that the recruitment system is maximised to full capacity and the most effective recruitment channels are being utilised Track incoming and outgoing HR correspondence and ensure all deadlines are met Support the HR Team with general ad hoc administrative requirements Assisting the HR Generalist to ensure that the HR system is maximised to full capacity and the most effective HR channels are being utilised Supporting the HR Team with HR Project work as required Assisting with the implementation of the new HRIS system For more details, please review the attached job description Essential Criteria: A relevant qualification in HR or related discipline Relevant recruitment or HR experience in a similar role Strong administration and record keeping experience Demonstrable success at ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in carrying out work responsibilities Good knowledge of employment legislation Microsoft office proficiency including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Desirable Criteria: CIPD qualified Experience in not-for-profit sector Knowledge of HRIS systems Role Benefits: Competitive Annual Leave entitlements Access to ABII's defined contribution pension scheme (applicable for eligible employees with service requirements) Flexible working and Work Life Balance Initiatives in place Free life cover benefit (2 times gross salary tax free) Revenue approved mileage rates Employee Assistance Programme Bike to Work Scheme Long Service Awards Paid Maternity Leave Career development opportunities Comprehensive induction and training programme including specialist brain injury training Access to Health Care Staff Credit Union If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
