Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a public building project, overseeing safety, cost control, planning, technical programmes, and the execution of construction processes. They will coordinate the work supply chain and manage the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and Works Requirements (WR).
* Manage and coordinate subcontractor weekly progress meetings, workshops, and planned actions.
* Contribute to strategic and production planning teams, updating progress reports and productivity reports.
* Maintain site records, contemporaneous records, and good relationships with stakeholders.
* Take responsibility for personal development and training in technical, Health & Safety areas.
Requirements:
* Rlevant experience managing construction projects.
* Expertise in digital and visual presentation tools.
* Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
