Summary
Gain the fundamental skills of effective management. Participants will learn how to improve their leadership and communication skills, deal with challenging staff while increasing motivation levels among those in the team.

Instructor Profile
With a Hons Master and BA degree in human resource management, Ray is an experienced human resources, operations, learning & development, education and military professional. He is a certified FETAC level 6 train the trainer and a Master trainer from the Irish Management Institute (IMI) with a coaching for performance diploma from Dublin Business School (DBS).
Ray's professional experience is comprehensive in HR, operations, learning & development, training and co-ordinating education programmes. He is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) and a former member of the Irish Defence Forces.
I would highly recommend this Foundations in Management programme at Ibec as a taster in management training.
The two days were thoroughly enjoyable, interesting and as a newly appointed manager I took away many useful tips with me.
