We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager with a strong sales focus to drive foot traffic and sales growth across our stores.
The Retail Marketing Manager will have experience in developing and executing local marketing strategies, managing teams, and delivering measurable results in a retail environment.
This is a traditional marketing role with onsite implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute tailored local marketing plans to increase store performance.
2. Drive sales through targeted marketing initiatives and support for sales teams.
3. Create and manage in-store marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays and signage.
4. Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand awareness.
5. Manage traditional marketing channels such as print, radio, and direct mail.
6. Collaborate with store teams and conduct regular visits to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
7. Analyze and report on marketing performance, using data to refine strategies.
8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
9. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
10. Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in retail marketing with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales.
2. Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign performance.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
