Job Description:
Production Equipment Europe is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 90,000 products to customers nationwide. We also supply corporate clients with custom clothing, work-wear, and uniforms. We are currently recruiting for a Heat Press/Embroidery Operator to work within our team based in Galway.
Responsibilities:
1. Setup and operate machine to accurately embroider/heat press logos and designs to garments.
2. Work to agreed timescales and deadlines, prioritise workload & orders efficiently.
3. Receive deliveries of stock and check quantities.
4. Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork, liaise with Sales/Design departments regarding orders/timelines etc.
5. Ensure working area is kept clean and tidy.
6. Assist in main warehouse as and when required.
Skills & Experience:
1. Good attention to detail and high concentration level.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Basic IT skills in Excel / Word / Outlook are desirable.
4. Experience of operating a multi-head embroidery or any CNC machine is an advantage.
5. Have flair for working with clothing / garments.
6. Excellent timekeeping and communication skills.
7. Ability to create or modify embroidery designs is an advantage.
