Job Description:
The Role of Learning and Development Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing knowledge and learning support to colleagues across the firm, while gaining experience managing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* User management and learner enrolments
* Editing video content for the LMS
* Enhancing learning curriculum and learning plans on the LMS
* Managing training manuals, user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials
* Providing training to support its advancement across the firm
* Developing policies to ensure the use of the LMS
* Overseeing content quality regularly and eliminating any duplications or redundant content
* Liaising with IT to troubleshoot and assist with the resolution of any issues that may arise
* Maintaining reports from the LMS
* Staying up-to-date on any LMS updates
* Updating SharePoint pages
* Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
* Strong ability to learn new software quickly
* BA degree in a relevant field
* Keen interest and literacy in IT
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills
* Good initiative and can-do attitude
