The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Preplanning and organizing meetings according to the timeframes laid out in the regulations.
- Performing administrative tasks involved in organizing meetings, including booking venues, issuing invitations, providing feedback reports on time, and following up on the return of reports.
- Attending meetings and taking comprehensive minutes.
- Transcribing minutes, completing amendments, recording the date of issue to social workers, and tracking minutes and care plans for each child to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, typing, filing, and dealing with internal staff, external agencies, and members of the public.
