Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Account Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake market research and provide tailored insurance quotations to new and existing customers.
* Ensure all documentation is in place and payment processed.
* Provide day-to-day support and servicing to clients on their insurance needs.
* Manage ad hoc client requests and stay up-to-date on insurer products and rates.
Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualification.
* c. 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
* Excellent customer service, organisation, and analytical skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
