Along with the Mechanical TSC, you will report to the Technical Manager and provide electrical technical support services and guidance to the technical facilities maintenance and operations team.
You will give value and worth by being an advocate for your team while providing quality customer focus and care to the building occupants.
Ensure operations, maintenance and repairs are carried out in compliance with relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and good practice quality guidelines/regulations (GxP).
Key Responsibilities Along with the senior team on site, develop a standardised PM structure for all site buildings and monitor changes required.Complete small projects, both electrical and controls when necessary, with full responsibility from planning, ordering parts, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation.Ensure documentation of work activities requirements are adhered to using both paper-based and CMMS systems.Specify and order supplies or materials as needed for work.Ensure all work activities are carried out within agreed timelines, while ensuring safe systems of work (RA, MS, SPA, and Permits) are adhered to.Complete method statements, risk assessments, Safe Plans of Actions, and Permits associated with work activities.Supervise vendors/contractors on site to ensure a comprehensive Contractor Management System.Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance.Maintain a customer focus; regular communication with end users/customers to have a clear understanding of requirements in a respectful, pro-active, professional manner.Some hands-on work may include PAT testing, IR surveying, continuity testing, lighting checks, breaker testing, tests, repairs, maintenance, and monitoring/responding to BMS alarms.What You Need The role requires an individual with a customer-focused proactive attitude and previous experience working in a Corporate Building Environment.Minimum Electrical Trade Certified academic qualification.Technical strengths; PM and RM experience in Facilities Maintenance in a similar environment.Ability to communicate effectively under pressure with a multitude of stakeholders simultaneously.Be flexible and adaptable to new working methods, practices, plant, equipment, or procedures.Full clean driving license as you may be required to visit additional sites in Sandyford or Eastpoint from time to time.CMMS experience.Building services experience.Strong interpersonal/communication skills.PC proficiency.Send your CV now to: ******
