Contract Role – Pharma QC Analyst - Dublin/Onsite – 12 Months Initial
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharma QC Analyst to join the QC Separations Laboratory, which supports drug product and drug substance release testing. The successful candidate will assist in laboratory operations, perform sample testing, and carry out laboratory duties in compliance with cGMP regulations.
Role Overview:
Job Title: QC Analyst
Location: Dublin/Onsite
Contract Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months initially

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
1. Performing release testing for biological products.
2. Assisting in updating and issuing documentation, including SOPs, as required.
3. Performing routine data analysis, assisting in the investigation of OOS results, performing trending analysis and writing investigation reports.
4. Accurately documenting laboratory work.
5. Executing and assisting in technical transfer and co-validation activities.
6. Assisting with qualification of laboratory instruments.
7. Data review based on demonstrated proficiency on assays.
Qualifications and Experience required:
1. Previous experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical laboratory is preferred. HPLC/UPLC and Empower experience is preferred but not essential.
2. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a BSc. in Biochemistry or related discipline.
3. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work independently and recognize anomalous trends or results.
4. Must demonstrate problem-solving ability, as well as the ability to prioritize objectives from multiple projects and adhere to scheduled timelines.
5. Excellent communication and the ability to work in a team-based collaborative environment are required.
