Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)
The role of a maintenance engineer (electrical) is critical to the business, supporting the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform necessary breakdown repairs and lead preventative maintenance activity.
* Facilitate the promotion of engineering solutions for process improvement to ensure process availability and productivity are optimised.
* Maintain all process and auxiliary equipment across the facility with an aim to improve up time while reducing costs.
Requirements:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade.
* Experience of a relevant engineering discipline, continuous improvement processes, preventative maintenance techniques, and dealing with contractors.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, and be computer literate.
* Ability to work without close supervision, yet under pressure and to tight timescales.
