Senior Recruitment Consultant – Dublin City
Osborne is seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and high-performing Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in our Fitzwilliam office in Dublin City. This role offers the opportunity to excel in recruitment excellence by identifying and placing top talent while fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for building out your desk, driving business development, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage in business development, identifying and securing new client opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
* Conduct thorough candidate searches through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Drive high-performance outcomes by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client meetings to successful candidate placements.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights that position you as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of achieving targets and placing candidates across various industries.
* A demonstrated ability to engage in business development and grow a recruitment desk.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for recruitment excellence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
