The Role
The Group Strategy, Transformation and Risk function within the Strategy, Innovation and Transformation (SIT) Directorate is responsible for reviewing and assessing the emergent business environment, evolving customer needs, identifying potential growth opportunities, and determining ESB's overall Group Strategy. It also manages the company's enterprise risk process, ensuring major risks and their controls are identified, monitored, and escalated appropriately through the coordination of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process.
This involves liaising with Business Units/Directorates, Key Corporate Functions, and the Executive Committee to ensure critical enterprise-level risks are properly monitored and managed.
Working closely with the Strategic Programme Management Office, you will play a central role in monitoring delivery and implementation of our Strategy through Strategic Initiatives and reporting of Strategic Performance Indicators.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team defining and driving the delivery of the new strategy for ESB, coordinating the ERM process, and managing risks to strategy delivery.
You will work with key stakeholders across the company and external stakeholders and vendors, gaining insight into the strategic direction of ESB and its risk environment.
This role reports to the Group Strategy and Risk Manager.
