Our clients know they can depend on Unio Employee Benefits to keep our promises in terms of service, quality, and reliability.Job PurposeReporting to the Managing Director of Unio Employee Benefits, the role holder will be responsible for, relationship management on a portfolio of key clients, and the development of innovative employee benefit solutions to existing and prospective clients.The role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team which has a collective objective of maintaining and enhancing Unio’s position as a leading provider of Employee Benefits Solutions in Ireland.Key Responsibilities:Act as Relationship Director, providing high level consultancy services to a portfolio of key Unio clientsBuild and maintain strong external relationships with key distribution channels, Regulators, and Industry bodies, as appropriatePosition Unio’s Master Trust, Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Propositions as leading-edge and best in class across client experience, administration, investment, consultancy and governance pillarsResearch market trends and developments – both national and internationalLead on new product/ services development opportunitiesPreparation of Unio’s response to new business tenders and proposition proposal documentsParticipate strongly and effectively at the Senior Leadership Team and other Committees, as requiredSkills and Qualifications:A strong understanding of the life & pensions market and the relevant Irish regulatory environmentA relevant industry qualification with significant knowledge of customer and industry trendsProven track record of building relationships with key clients and external stakeholdersProven track record of developing and executing on a Business to Business basisStrong inspirational leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence at all levelsDemonstrated personal drive, energy, persistence and self-motivation and awareness of the needs of the wider businessExcellent strategic thinking capabilityExcellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and networking skillsDisciplined, determined and resilientStrongly IT literate, with an interest in the business application of social media, Internet and mobile technologiesA full clean driving licenceApplication Process:If you think you are a good fit for this role, then we invite you to apply.The Company reserves the right to draw up a shortlist as part of the selection process.
