Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the development of new analytics and reporting to ensure that our business partners have the information and confidence they need to make crucial business decisions.
* Working closely with our business users to understand their needs and priorities with the autonomy to propose new solutions and leverage new technologies.
* Developing new ETL processes that are efficient, well-structured, and maintainable.
* Building performant and user-friendly dashboards while adhering to style guides and UI best practices.
* Communicating with various functional areas and translating technical concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
* A technical undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience performing and leading significant data analysis and report development with accountability of work for senior management.
* Strong SQL experience, including experience with various database technologies such as MS SQL Server and Hive.
* Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS.
