About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Booking Administrator to join our team in our head office located in Raheen, Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential administration and secretarial support utilizing AMD's new purpose-built IT platform for the Lung Health Check Programme.
* E nsure that all administrative and secretarial processes and procedures are completed as per department processes, allowing LHCP Clinical staff to focus on their role and responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
* Multitasking skills, with excellent typing abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail, customer service orientation, and strong communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.
* Literacy in MS Office XP is a prerequisite.
