Position Overview: As a key member of the shared services support team, you will be the fourth person joining a dedicated group responsible for supporting infrastructure and cloud services across the entire organization. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting both on-premises and cloud environments (mostly Azure). You will work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and serve as a vital escalation point for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L3 support for infrastructure and cloud environments, focusing on Azure and Azure AD.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and external MSPs to ensure seamless operation of data centers and shared services.
* Assist with the transition and ongoing support of cloud-based solutions.
* Act as a support and escalation point for project resources and other team members.
* Manage and maintain documentation related to infrastructure and cloud services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar L3 support role, with a strong background in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
* Experience working with Managed Service Providers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Willingness to work on-site in Kingscourt 3 days a week initially, moving to 2 days
