Key Responsibilities:

* Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance technical skills.
* Infrastructure Projects: Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
* Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Requirements:
* Technical Experience: 5+ years of technical experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role or as an IT Support Team Lead.
* Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
