Job Requisition ID #25WD84860Autodesk Collaboration Team We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collaboration Trainer to join our Collaboration Services team. In this role, you will facilitate end-user training and develop training content for our collaboration solutions at Autodesk. As the Collaboration Senior Trainer, you will identify, design, and deliver training and collaboration programs to meet current and future employee needs. This includes developing enterprise-wide programs (e.g., hybrid work, asynchronous and synchronous best practices, cross-team collaboration and engagement), providing best practices and practical hands-on technical knowledge to managers, teams, organizations, and leadership. You will also design and deliver a variety of learning methods to ensure effective adoption and enablement of productivity solutions. This position reports to the Collaboration Services Manager. Responsibilities Research, recommend, design, and implement training strategiesPlan and execute training to meet current & future organizational needsProvide internal consultation to identify training needs and develop course contentPrepare lesson plans and instruct participants in various formatsFacilitate training classes across multiple mediums including virtual, hybrid, and in-personConduct follow-up to assess the effectiveness of training programsDevelop initiatives to improve team collaboration and productivityPartner with Human Resources and research & design to facilitate employment enablement programsParticipate in and manage global collaboration projects and policiesGenerate reports on training initiatives and key metricsWork with external vendors to plan and coordinate training eventsManage pre-work distribution, monitor enrollments, and class logisticsCoordinate with internal teams to enter course materials into the learning management systemConsult on tool RFPs, feature requests, and recognition programsTravel maybe required Minimum Qualifications 5-7+ years in technology support5+ years in training facilitation, and collaboration toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in Design thinkingFoster a collaborative and optimistic atmosphere Able to decompose complex problems into manageable solutionsExtensive experience with Microsoft suite and other collaboration toolsProven track record in multi-functional team projectsKnowledge of various collaboration platforms for integration and automation Ability to document and present technical specificationsExperience in customer interaction and understanding user needs#LI - MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
