As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated General Operative to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
* Completing tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Operations Manager related to vehicle conversions.
* Following all instructions provided by management for work activities.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system for each task.
* Ensuring all work tools are in good working condition and reporting any requirements to management.
* Understanding and adhering to all relevant task risks as briefed.
* Practicing safe and efficient work methods at all times.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Ensuring tasks are completed on time while implementing best practices.
* Maximizing the effective use of your working hours.
* Liaising with clients/customers as needed.
* Operating the Maximizer CRM system in compliance with company procedures.
* Supporting colleagues in using the CRM system.
* Identifying ways to improve the quality of customer service.
Qualifications
* Experience using hand tools and performing general DIY tasks.
* Proficiency in English for workplace communication.
* Must have Right To Work in Ireland (work permit)
