Job Summary
The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR delivery to key business areas in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role involves partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand and determine the appropriate people interventions that support the company's business strategy.
* Drive consistency of approach in attracting, managing, developing, and retaining talent to support current and future organisational needs.
* Partner with the business to create sustainable organisational design through facilitating effective operating models, structures, systems, and processes aligned to business/functional strategy.
* Utilise experience in ER and Change projects to understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnosing underlying issues and building the case for change with stakeholders.
* Support transformational activity through strong change management approaches ensuring People change is delivered consistently with brand values and cultural principles.
* Coach and build the capability of managers to role model values and leadership behaviours and anticipate organisational issues.
Requirements:
* Relevant business experience and CIPD qualification.
* Previous experience delivering a proactive and commercial HR service in a fast-paced, progressive HR environment.
* Sound understanding of People policies and procedures, best practice, and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practices.
* Strong project management skills and facilitation consulting skills.
* A commercial focus, credible, and able to operate at a strategic and operational level, influencing senior management.
* Workday system and process knowledge preferred.
