**Job Title:** Content Moderator
Summary: As a Content Moderator, you will be working for a multinational corporation that specializes in Internet-related services and products. Your main objective will be to maintain the safety policies and standards by reviewing and analyzing reported content from users and customers in the Hebrew Speaking region.
Responsibilities:
* Process and review accounts flagged for review due to potentially sensitive content to ensure no violations of policies.
* Respond to notifications of potentially sensitive information by validating inquiries and performing further investigations.
* Understand and perform content reviews under supervision for International and Domestic cases following client processes and procedures.
* Evaluate all social media content to ensure compliance with published policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
* Be accountable for workable solutions and processes within your specific area of responsibility.
* Escalate issues to the Operations Manager or client Point of Contact as necessary.
* Address most non-routine issues and ensure all work is performed according to SLAs and metrics.
* Perform other activities assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Hebrew (B2 level minimum) and English language.
* No specific experience required; full training will be provided.
* Interest in working in tech, social media, or digital advertising.
* Preferred experience: interacting with customers or working in an office environment.
