The Role
We are seeking a skilled CyberArk Administrator to manage and maintain our Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering CyberArk components, ensuring security compliance, monitoring privileged accounts, and troubleshooting system issues. This role focuses on the ongoing management and support of the CyberArk platform for Ekco’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) platform.
2. Manage and administer the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution.
3. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and services.
4. Conduct assessments and audit existing PAM environments.
5. Perform basic maintenance and fault finding on PAM solutions.
6. Manage user access, password vaults, and privileged session management.
7. Perform periodic health checks, audits, and system updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
8. Provide support and assistance to customer internal and external users.
9. Stay up to date with the latest PAM trends and CyberArk Products.
10. Work closely with security and IT teams to support identity and access management strategies.
11. Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 2+ years of hands-on experience administering CyberArk solutions.
3. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) Concepts.
4. Experience with Windows and some Linux operating systems.
5. Familiarity with network protocols and security technologies.
6. Familiar with Privileged Cloud and Shared Services technologies.
7. Familiar with the concept of Application, Users, and Service credentials.
8. Familiar with 'Zero Standing Privilege' and 'Just in Time' concepts.
9. Familiarity with IT security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
10. Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, networking, and security best practices.
11. Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
12. Experience working with SIEM solutions, multi-factor authentication, and identity management tools is a plus.
