About the Role
As a Manufacturing Biotech Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality drug substances using the latest single-use and automated technologies. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Executing manufacturing processes such as cell culturing, filtration, and purification.
2. Setting up single-use equipment and ensuring GMP and EHS compliance.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma principles and other optimization strategies.
This is a 24/7 shift-based role to ensure timely delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.
Who We're Looking For
5. Experience: 3-4 years in upstream/downstream processing within a GMP-regulated environment.
6. Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and a proven track record of success in a high-performance setting.
7. Mindset: A collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work across teams to drive results.
