Responsibilities:
* Operational Management:
o Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are consistently met.
o Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of customer service and staff performance.
o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, share feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
* Guest Experience:
o Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or feedback, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
o Actively engage with guests to build rapport and enhance their overall experience.
* Inventory and Cost Control:
o Manage inventory levels for the F&B department, including ordering and stock control to minimize waste and ensure availability of products.
o Assist in budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis for the food and beverage operations.
* Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing laws.
o Implement and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the food and beverage areas.
* Event Coordination:
o Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute special events, banquets, and private dining experiences.
o Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
* Experience:
o Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
* Leadership Skills:
o Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and creating a positive work culture.
* Customer Service Orientation:
o Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
