SSA are working with a Market-leading M&E Contractor seeking an Accounts and Administrative Assistant based in Dublin.
Permanent Position:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Office Based
Salary and Terms & Conditions will be agreed during interview
Working Relationships
* Maintain good working relationships with fellow employees
* Maintain good customer relationships
* Keep workplace tidy
Administration Assistant Duties Include but are not limited to:
* Providing support for management & office staff
* Providing support for field staff
* Keeping all maintenance records up to date
* Ensuring prompt delivery of maintenance reports to customers
* Keeping maintenance schedules up to date
* Any other duties requested by management
Accounts Assistant Duties Include but are not limited to:
* Processing / paying suppliers' invoices
* Promptly preparing and issuing sales invoices
* Updating the Sage accounts system
* Credit control and debt collection
* Keeping computer programs updated
* Preparing weekly / monthly accounts statements
* Reconciling payments from customers
* Filing
* Any other duties requested by management
Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate standard
* Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience in Sage50 accounts packages will be an advantage
* Previous experience in the service industry will be an advantage
* Good telephone manner
