We are looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager to represent the company when dealing with government initiatives and contract negotiations. This role involves engaging with various partners, assessing contract risks, supporting negotiations, and guiding business teams on contract-related issues.
This position will offer the successful Programme Manager the opportunity to join a global company, that is well-known within the Semiconductor space.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a representative with the EU Commission and member states for the EU Chips Act and other initiatives.
2. Collaborate with ecosystem and academic partners, established partners, and semiconductor startups to develop pipelines, define service and product requirements, and create proposals or contracts.
3. Conduct risk assessments of contract terms, providing alternate solutions to mitigate risks.
4. Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and regulators.
5. Advise business teams on contract maintenance, operational, and financial issues in government RFPs and Terms and Conditions.
6. Identify and escalate issues and risks to executive management, legal, and sales teams.
As well as having experience with the above, you will also need to have the following;
7. Must have pas experience working in the semiconductor industry
8. Exceptional attention to detail with strong reading comprehension skills.
9. Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of French or German is a plus
