Job Title:
We are recruiting for a temporary opportunity in the Fermoy area.
This is a 3-month contract that will suit individuals who enjoy being busy and can start immediately.
Key Details:
* Salary: €14.57 per hour
* Location: Fermoy
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-volume inbox
* Process new applications on internal databases
* Assign relevant Assessment Officers and send screening forms
* Post and record referrals letters
* Maintain files, documentation, and progress notes
* Update Excel trackers and databases with relevant updates
* Assist with invoices and accounts department tasks
* Monitor office phone and answer queries
* Diary management and meeting coordination
Requirements:
* Previous office experience is essential
* Clinical or clerical experience is highly desirable
* Excellent coordination and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on multi-tasking
* Proven track record of attention to detail
