Role Description:
* Providing full administration support to the Energy Services Team
* Assisting with data acquisition and desktop analysis of energy trends ahead of site visits
* Follow up with Sales Leads to ensure a smooth process for the client & keep ahead of the workflow for the Energy Consultancy team
* Assisting with data input and reviewing project applications and deliveries to ensure all the correct documents are on file
* Responsible for updating any relevant documentation when requested
* Scheduling energy audits for the Energy Engineers
* Accompanying engineers on occasional site visits and meetings
* Keeping meeting minutes and setting agendas ahead of internal meetings
* Reviewing energy audits and other professional reports ahead of client issue
* Responsible for keeping track of job completion and sending requests for invoices
* Complete SEAI energy audit compliance surveys
* Preparing internal project schedules and reports for review
* Tracking all audits, projects and applications to ensure deadlines are met
* Supporting sub-contractors and stakeholders to meet tight project deadlines, ensuring that all documentation is completed on time
* Review of Targets and Milestones with Senior Management
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration
* Meticulous attention to detail with a desire to take initiative and be proactive.
* Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and Power Point) and strong knowledge of SharePoint.
* Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring high levels of professionalism is maintained
* Third level qualification, preferably in Business Administration/ Technical Administration/ Engineering or any other relevant area.
* Time management and ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Results-driven with proven ability to build strong client relationships
* You will have a professional manner along with a proven record of utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work
The following qualifications are desired but not a requirement:
* Previous experience in grant applications/ tendering/data analytics/document management
* Previous experience in a Sales role
* Knowledge of energy management/ energy engineering/ energy retrofitting
* Knowledge of Near Zero Energy Building regulations
* Familiarity with SEAI Technical Standards
