Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning, multi-site and exponentially-growing food manufacturing organisation with premises located across Ireland in the recruitment of a HR Manager to join their talented Human Resources Team based in County Tipperary.
With exciting growth plans to double the organisation's current employee head count and number of premises by 2029, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a best-in-class HR function whilst exercising autonomy and collaborating the organisation's Managing Director and company stakeholders to the achieve business demands.

What will you do as HR Manager?
8. Acting as a strategic advisor to The Managing Director and company stakeholders ensuring that they are equipped with correct advice and provided with the required support to execute on the company's overall agenda.
9. Managing the organisation's full talent planning and recruitment process whilst adhering to legal requirements, budgetary spend and utilising a flexible approach to deliver on doubling the company's workforce by 2029.
10. Reviewing and updating the company's existing training matrix to ensure legal compliance, identify new training opportunities and external training providers.
11. Devising, reviewing and updating the company's current HR policies, strategies and procedures to align with the company's business goals and comply with legislative requirements.
12. Providing HR advisory support and advice to departmental managers on all employee relations matters ie. disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management.
What will you require as HR Manager?
13. Minimum of 3 years experience at HR Manager level
14. Experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations and utilising HRIS Systems
15. Skilled in training and development, absence management and performance reviews
16. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company stakeholders and departmental managers
17. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability and ability to be adaptable
18. Preferable to have CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
