QC Laboratory Technician (Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities
* Movement of materials across the network, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management.
* System transactions including movement and shipping of samples across QC labs within the network, utilizing tools like GLIMS, LIMS, and SAP.
* Inspection of primary packaging, adhering to quality standards and regulations.
* Participate in writing, revising, and rolling out accurate operational procedures, training materials, and maintenance procedures for various Quality systems.
* Review, approve, and trend test results, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Peer review other analysts' documentation, ensuring QC Right First Time KPIs are achieved.
* Participate in QC daily meetings, ensuring effective communication of testing progress, deviations, etc.
* Ensure adherence to Quality Systems within the department on a daily basis.
* Complete all documentation in compliance with GMP and GxP standards.
* Problem solving to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Provide support with audit/inspection requirements, ensuring department compliance and readiness.
* Collaborate with others by sharing skill-sets and expertise.
* Drive continuous improvement, performing root cause analysis on system failures using tools like FMEA, Fishbone diagrams, 5 why's, etc.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or similar field.
* 1-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical industry, or a similar operating environment with experience in a Quality function.
* Previous analytical experience, preferably in a laboratory setting.
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
